原名符水仙，出生於中國西安，畢業於西安文理學院中文秘書專業，早年在“校刊”、“西安晚報”發表散文。九十年代中移民美國，現居西雅圖，先後在《西華報》《僑報》《世界日報》等美國華文報刊發表散文隨筆、小小說百餘篇。美國中文作家協會會員，美國西北華文筆會會員，美國海外文軒會員。 並有文章編入《匍匐前行》《抹不去的痛》《隱蔽的創傷》《心跡屐痕》等書籍，2024年出版散文集《女流浪者》，並接受西雅圖中文電台“美國故事”欄目專訪。獲得第二屆美國華文原創IP創作獎；獲2025 海外文選優秀散文獎。2025 年相繼出版自選集《黑旋風》，短篇小說集《黑車迷霧》。

Original Name: Fu Shuixian
Born in Xi'an, China, she graduated from Xi'an University of Arts and Science with a major in Chinese Secretarial Studies. In her early years, her prose was published in the School Journal and Xi'an Evening News.

She immigrated to the United States in the mid-1990s and now resides in Seattle. Since then, she has published over a hundred essays, reflections, and short stories in American Chinese-language newspapers such as Seattle Chinese Post, The China Press, and World Journal.

She is a member of the American Chinese Writers Association, the Northwest Chinese Writers Association (USA), and the Overseas Chinese Window Writers Association.

Her works have been included in anthologies such as:

• Crawling Forward

• The Unfading Pain

• Hidden Wounds

• Traces of the Heart

In 2024, she published a collection of prose titled The Female Wanderer and was interviewed for the "American Stories" segment on Seattle Chinese Radio.

She received the 2nd Original Chinese IP Creation Award (USA) and the 2025 Overseas Chinese Literary Selection Outstanding Prose Award.

In 2025, she published two new works:

• A self-selected collection, Black Whirlwind

• A collection of short stories, Mystery of the Illegal Cab
