Xylina Wu女士目前居住在美國休士頓從事藝術創作與寫作。她曾以筆名瑞菲出版了《我當美國政府官員》, 《為愛無需道歉》兩本書籍，也曾在《僑報》等北美中文報刊上發表記錄生活的各種短文。
2013-2014年，Xylina女士任美國佛蒙特州國際學校（VIA）的中國區總校長，負責VIA在中國4個校區的日常運營。
2006-2012年，她擔任美國麻薩諸塞州外經貿廳大中國部主任，負責處理麻薩諸塞州與中國（大陸、台灣、香港）之間的所有相關事務。
Xylina女士在生物制藥行業有16年科研經驗，並在哈佛醫學院、麻省理工學院研究所以及多家生物制藥公司任職，發表過多篇科研論文。她積極參與社區活動，曾任波士頓牛頓中文學校校長及董事，還是衛斯理中文學校的創始人之一。
Xylina女士擁有美國紐約州布法羅分校的教育碩士，尼亞加拉大學的生物碩士和山東大學英美文學系的學士學位。

Ms. Xylina Wu currently resides in Houston, USA, where she is engaged in artistic creation and writing. Under the pen name Ruifei, she has published two books: When I Was a U.S. Government Official and No Apology Needed for Love. She has also contributed numerous life essays to North American Chinese-language publications such as The China Press.

From 2013 to 2014, Ms. Wu served as the Head of China Operations for Vermont International Academy (VIA), overseeing the daily operations of four VIA campuses in China.

Between 2006 and 2012, she held the position of Director of Greater China Operations for the Massachusetts Office of International Trade and Investment, managing all affairs related to the state's engagements with Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

Ms. Wu brings 16 years of scientific research experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, having worked at Harvard Medical School, MIT-affiliated research institutes, and several biopharmaceutical companies. She has authored multiple scientific research publications.

Actively involved in community service, she previously served as Principal and Board Member of the Boston Newton Chinese School and was a co-founder of the Wellesley Chinese Language School.

Ms. Wu holds a Master of Education from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York, a Master of Science in Biology from Niagara University, and a Bachelor’s degree in British and American Literature from Shandong University.
