祖籍中國四川，東方醫學博士，美國執照中醫師，太極拳傳承人。世界醫易養生保健研究院及東方醫學易理針灸中醫館創始人,現任美國華盛頓州針灸與東方醫學學會會長、美國四川同鄉總會榮譽會長。
其專著《中醫經典與現代挑戰：跨越時空的健康之道》已入美國國會圖書館目錄（LCCN: 2025475040）與紐約中醫學院圖書館。其基金會亦已註冊於聯合國民間社會數據庫，彰顯其致力於推動全球文化健康交流的使命。
文學方面,她的中醫題材劇本《銀針遇上達芬奇》《跨文化的中醫救贖》《靜之崛起——太極之旅》均入圍國際華語原創IP電影節暨紐約AI國際影展。作品有入選首屆“華燕杯”世界華文微型小說大賽選集《愛的石碑》，有入選於筆會合集《心跡屐痕》，有見於《世界日報》《星島日報》《世界華人週刊》等海外華文媒體。
她長期致力於醫易養生保健研究與中醫太極文化的國際傳播，推動跨文化健康交流。她深知中醫針灸在海外的發展歷程——從非法到合法，從保險不予覆蓋到逐漸納入各國醫療體系——背後凝結了幾代海外中醫人的艱辛與奉獻。為講述這些可歌可泣的故事、激發更多人對中醫藥的關注與認同，她於2023年底加入西北華文筆會，立志以筆墨傳遞中醫藥的文化自信與時代價值。

Xia Che, originally from Sichuan, China, holds a doctorate in Eastern Medicine and is a licensed acupuncturist in the United States as well as a Taiji inheritor. She is the founder of the World I-Ching Health & Research Institute and the Eastern Medicine I-Ching Acupuncture Clinic. She currently serves as President of the Washington State Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine Association and is Honorary President of the US Washington Sichuan Association.

Her monograph Classic Chinese Medicine and Modern Challenges: A Timeless Path to Health has been cataloged in the Library of Congress (LCCN: 2025475040) and the library of the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NYCTCM). Her foundation is also registered in the United Nations Civil Society database, reflecting her global mission to advance cultural health and wellness.

In literature, her screenplays, Silver Needle Meets Da Vinci, Cross-Cultural Redemption of Chinese Medicine, and Rising in Stillness – A Taiji Journey, have been selected for international film festivals. Her works have been included in the first “Huayan Cup” Global Chinese Microfiction Competition anthology The Stone of Love, as well as in the Northwest Chinese Writers’ Association anthology Footprints of the Soul. Her writings have also appeared in overseas Chinese-language media such as World Journal, Sing Tao Daily, and World Chinese Weekly, etc.

She has long been dedicated to the international promotion of I-Ching health practices and the cultural heritage of Chinese medicine and Taiji, fostering cross-cultural health exchange. She deeply understands the history of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture abroad—its journey from illegality to legalization, from being excluded from insurance coverage to gradually being integrated into national healthcare systems —achievements built on the perseverance and sacrifice of generations of overseas Chinese practitioners. To tell these moving stories, inspire greater recognition of Chinese medicine, and strengthen cultural confidence, she joined the Northwest Chinese Writers’ Association at the end of 2023. She is committed to use her pen to carry forward the contemporary value of traditional Chinese medicine.
