在日本獲得流行病學博士、在中國曾任醫科大學教授及預防醫學系主任；為國家教育部、科技部，及世界衛生組織指定機構特聘專家，國家醫科大學教材《預防醫學》編委。現任加拿大女作家協會理事，北美海外文軒作家協會理事，《中國青年文學家》南通理事，中國演藝工作委員會會員，加華筆會終身會員，溫州市作家協會會員，加拿大話劇團編劇/簽約演員。
2020年開始文學創作，出版合集四部，獲優秀文學作品獎10次，短篇小說被收入《世界海外華人作家最佳短篇小說年選2025》。出版反映海外華人親子關係的中西文化衝突及愛恨情仇的中篇懸疑小說《風中搖曳的洋紫荊》，榮獲科發圖書獎和影視文學獎，第二屆海外文軒文學“最適合改編電影文學作品獎”，第二屆國際華語原創IP電影節“傑出歷史IP創作獎”；改編60集微短劇劇本榮獲首屆全球影視微短劇集大獎賽三等獎，並改編為話劇在溫哥華上演，獲得廣泛贊譽。
影視作品：主演短片《BOTTLES PICKING》《MONK IN A MOTEL》《NORWEGIAN FOREST》《UNSPOKEN》等，參演電影《一場沒有必要的春晚》及《我們這個院》《甜咸配》《夏洛特煩惱》等話劇。

She obtained a PhD in Epidemiology in Japan and previously served as a Professor and Dean of the Department of Preventive Medicine at a medical university in China. She is a specially appointed expert for institutions designated by China's Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, and the World Health Organization, as well as a member of the editorial board for the national medical university textbook Preventive Medicine. Currently, she holds positions as a Director of the Canadian Chinese Women Writers Association, a Director of the North American Overseas Chinese Literature Association, a Nantong Director of China Youth Literati, a member of the China Performing Arts Working Committee, a lifelong member of the Chinese Canadian Pen Club, a member of the Wenzhou Writers Association, and a screenwriter/contract actor at a Canadian drama troupe.

Since embarking on literary creation in 2020, she has published four collected works and won 10 Excellent Literary Work Awards. Her short stories have been included in 2025 Annual Selection of Best Short Stories by Overseas Chinese Writers Worldwide. She published the medium-length suspense novel Bauhinia Swaying in the Wind, which depicts the cultural conflicts between Chinese and Western parenting styles, as well as the love, hatred, and complex emotions among overseas Chinese. This novel has won the Kefa Book Award, the Film and Television Literature Award, the 2nd Overseas Chinese Literature Association "Best Literary Work Suitable for Film Adaptation Award", and the 2nd International Chinese Original IP Film Festival "Outstanding Historical IP Creation Award". The adapted 60-episode micro-series script won the third prize at the First Global Film and Television Micro-series Competition, and its stage play adaptation was performed in Vancouver, receiving wide acclaim.

In terms of film and television works: She starred in short films such as BOTTLES PICKING, MONK IN A MOTEL, NORWEGIAN FOREST, and UNSPOKEN; she also appeared in the film An Unnecessary Spring Festival Gala and stage plays including Our Courtyard, Sweet and Salty Combination, and Goodbye Mr. Loser.
