Sunny Zhang has 20 years of experience in the media industry. She was a founding member of China's first gourmet magazine, Food and Wine, and is a highly influential leader in the culinary circle with 580,000 followers on Sina Weibo. She has made outstanding contributions particularly in the promotion of sake, sommelier education, and competition organization.

1. Former Director of the Food and Wine Committee of the China Tourism Association and Vice President of the China International Kikisake-shi Association, she founded the Pinor Wine and Sake Academy, dedicated to cultivating professionals such as international kikisake-shi and Japanese sake instructors. She holds certifications including the SSI International Kikisake-shi qualification for sake and shochu, as well as the WSET Advanced Wine Certification, establishing her as an authoritative figure in wine education.

2. As the producer of the documentary Sake: A Stream on the Tip of the Tongue, which focuses on the history and culture of Japanese sake, she released this documentary with over 50 million views across platforms, significantly boosting the popularity of sake in China.
   In 2018, she introduced the SSI International Kikisake-shi certification program to China, training over 2,000 students with a pass rate of 90%. She also developed a unique Sino-Japanese koji research course.
